I’m not optimizing for vibes or vanity metrics. I’m building software that pays its own bills, starting small, shipping weekly, and stacking wins in public.

No VC. No big cloud. Just code, customers, and cashflow.

Before this, I led Systems and DevOps teams keeping large scale SaaS platforms up, secure and fast. Carrier-grade uptime. CI/CD pipelines. Security Audits. Efficiency projects that saved thousands a month.

Those reps taught me the only metric that matters long-term: value delivered per dollar spent. Now I apply that discipline to indie products.

What I’m doing now

  • Shipping weekly from my homelab with a VPS reverse proxy for edge routing.
  • Documenting real progress: features shipped, lessons learned, revenue milestones.
  • Building practical tools for founders, consultants, and service operators.
